The church is in the introductary stages of the process, so they haven't made any firm decisions regarding a realtor or how to dispose of the properties. I got an inside track on the information because I asked about two houses that they own and someone told me they have many others they want to get rid of.
Some of the properties are in poor condition, so you're correct.
I realize they might be hesistant to deal and that more than likely this will be a tedious and potentially unfruitful process, but I'm curious and it's worth a try, for this can be a good learning experience for me on how to structure multiple property deals, as I've never done one before.
