I would go with a S corporation, for the simple fact that if you go into bankruptcy or owe any money to anybody/lender or if someone tries to sue you, they cannot take your personal property (house, cars, boats, etc... Also I think you would have better tax advantages. I know this is general, but I hope it helps.
